Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy — Please Read Before Booking A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. • Rescheduling (24+ hours notice): One free reschedule is allowed and your deposit will transfer to your new appointment • Changes within 24 hours: The deposit is forfeited and 30% of the service fee will be charged • Same-day cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows: The deposit is forfeited and 100% of the service fee will be charged • Late arrivals: A 10 minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may be treated as a same day cancellation • All fees will be charged to the card on file Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you, and last minute changes impact availability.
